I’ve never turned down a job. Professional integrity, and all that. But even so, when I saw the name in the file, I cringed. Hey, so this is my new fresh piece. It has a bit of imagery in it however it is very me which I like in comparison to my last piece. However it may not be perfect.
For those who might be wondering about the title, Porphyria is a female character in my favourite poem Porphyria's Lover. She, on a stormy night, was strangled by her lover so that they may stay together forever(he thought that was what she wanted). Enjoy x
